It's easy! Browse our catalog, select the items you need, choose your rental dates, and add them to your cart. Once you're ready, proceed to checkout and submit your order. We'll review your request and confirm availability within 24 hours via email or WhatsApp.
We serve the entire Kitchener-Waterloo Region, including Kitchener, Waterloo, Cambridge, and surrounding communities. Delivery is available for an additional fee based on the distance from our location. Contact us for a delivery quote to your venue.
We recommend booking 2 to 4 weeks in advance to ensure availability, especially for larger orders. Popular items tend to book quickly during peak season, particularly wedding season (May through October). For last-minute needs, contact us directly and we'll do our best to accommodate you.
We currently accept cash on delivery. PayPal payment option is coming soon to make the checkout process even more convenient. For large orders, a deposit may be required at the time of booking confirmation.
We understand that normal wear and tear happens during events — that's expected and covered. However, excessive damage, staining, or missing items may incur replacement or repair costs. We assess each situation fairly. For full details, please review our rental policies page.
Yes, rental extensions are possible subject to item availability. If you need to keep items longer than originally planned, contact us as soon as possible so we can check availability and arrange the extension. Additional daily rates will apply for the extended period.
Yes! We offer professional setup and takedown services for an additional fee. This is especially popular for larger events like weddings and corporate functions. Let us know during your order confirmation if you'd like to add this service, and we'll provide a quote based on your event details.
We offer free cancellation up to 72 hours before your rental start date for a full refund. Cancellations made between 24 and 72 hours before the rental start receive a 50% refund.
