Rental Policies

Please review our policies before placing an order. We want every rental experience to be smooth and transparent.

Booking & Reservations

  • Browse our online catalog and add items to your cart with your preferred rental dates.
  • Submit your order through our website. Our team will review your request and confirm item availability within 24 hours via email or WhatsApp.
  • Your reservation is not confirmed until you receive an official confirmation from us. We will provide a detailed order summary including itemized pricing and rental dates.
  • For large events, we recommend booking at least 2 to 4 weeks in advance. During peak season (May through October), earlier booking is strongly encouraged.
  • Minimum order requirements may apply for delivery orders. Contact us for details on minimum order amounts for your area.

Pricing & Payment

  • All items are priced at daily rental rates as listed in our catalog. Multi-day rentals are calculated based on the number of rental days selected.
  • The minimum rental period is 1 day. Extended rental periods are available at the listed daily rate per additional day.
  • We currently accept cash on delivery. PayPal payment will be available soon as an additional option.
  • A deposit may be required for larger orders or high-value items. The deposit amount will be communicated at the time of order confirmation.
  • All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD) and do not include applicable delivery fees. Delivery charges will be quoted separately based on your location.

Delivery & Pickup

  • We offer delivery and pickup throughout the Kitchener-Waterloo Region, including Kitchener, Waterloo, Cambridge, and surrounding areas.
  • Delivery fees are calculated based on the distance from our location to your venue. A delivery quote will be provided during order confirmation.
  • Professional setup and takedown services are available for an additional fee. Discuss this option during your order confirmation to receive a quote.
  • Delivery and pickup times will be arranged during order confirmation. We require a minimum 2-hour delivery window to ensure on-time arrival.
  • Please ensure the delivery location is accessible for our team. If there are stairs, narrow walkways, or other access challenges, please let us know in advance so we can plan accordingly.
  • Self-pickup from our location is available by appointment. Contact us to arrange a pickup time.

Damages & Liability

  • Normal wear and tear from standard use during your event is expected and fully covered. We do not charge for minor scuffs, light scratches, or typical event use.
  • You are responsible for all rented items from the time of delivery or pickup until they are returned to us. Items should be returned in the same condition they were received.
  • Excessive damage, including deep staining, structural damage, tears, or burns, will be assessed by our team. Repair or replacement costs will be charged accordingly.
  • Lost or missing items will be charged at the full replacement cost. Please verify all items are accounted for before our pickup team arrives.
  • A refundable security deposit may be required for certain high-value items. This will be communicated during order confirmation and returned after items are inspected upon return.
  • We recommend designating a responsible person at your event to oversee the rented equipment.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations made 72 or more hours before the scheduled rental start date will receive a full refund of any payments or deposits made.
  • Cancellations made between 24 and 72 hours before the rental start date will receive a 50% refund.
  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the rental start date are non-refundable.
  • To cancel an order, contact us via phone, email, or WhatsApp. Please include your order number for faster processing.
  • We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule orders due to extreme weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.
  • No-shows (failure to be present at the delivery location at the agreed time without prior notice) are treated as a late cancellation and are non-refundable.

Care Instructions

  • Please handle all rental items with reasonable care. Items are meant for their intended use only — chairs for sitting, tables for dining, etc.
  • Do not attempt to repair, modify, paint, or alter any rental items. Report any issues to us immediately.
  • Rental items should not be exposed to harsh weather conditions (rain, extreme wind, snow) unless specifically designated for outdoor use.
  • For fabric items (tablecloths, chair covers, linens), please avoid exposure to open flames, candle wax, permanent markers, and strongly colored foods or beverages.
  • Do not stack items beyond their recommended limits. Over-stacking can cause damage and creates safety hazards.
  • A basic cleaning before return is appreciated but not required. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners on any rental items. We handle professional cleaning after each rental.
  • Prohibited uses include: standing on chairs, using tables as stages, dragging items across rough surfaces, and exceeding posted weight limits.
